Les Bailey grew up in Florida and ever since he heard the song Going North to Alaska he has been dreaming about moving to Alaska. After spending 20 years in the military he finally got his dream transfer to Alaska. When it came time to move again he decided that Alaska was where he wanted to be when retired from the Army. His wife and four children now have deep roots in Alaska. Les’s two sons and one son-in-law are following his foot steps by serving their country in the Military. His two daughters work by his side in the Re Estate business. Les and his wife love to spend time with their three grandchildren whenever schedules permit. When Les is not with the grandchildren, he enjoys staying on top of current events, (politics) and sharpening his mind be reading books of interest.

Lance is Les Bailey’s son-in-law and has been working in real estate since June of 2006. He recently served 5 years active duty in the US Army as a Korean linguist. As a linguist he speaks Korean and Spanish. Lance works as the contract manager, he makes sure all the T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. We will follow through with all the transactions from listing to make sure they get to the closing table in a quick and orderly fashion.

Mikilani is Les's youngest daughter and has worked for his team as a Marketing Specialist for three years. She enjoys working with her family and is currently pursuing her college education. She does all of the online marketing, web site management and data entering for Les, Lance and Nani.
